“The rooms were very dated. Like you had to insert the card in the door instead of just swiping. The French doors in the bathroom did not close all the way so there was no privacy while in the bathroom. The carpet in the room needs replacing or removed. There was just an old carpet smell in the room. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them like maybe the cleaning staff didn’t have their hair tied up.”

“We have been here for a couple months now and things stay consistent. Staff is helpful and friendly, maintenance is on point and the rooms are nice.”

“Check was simple. Bed was comfy and that's about it. NO trash can in the room. No shampoo. 2 tvs, no remotes! Some drunk fool in the hallway, yelling and crying for over an hour. Only had 1 towel for the shower.”

“I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the base boards were super dusty and the mattress cover on the sofa bed was in need of attention. Everything else was great, the staff, we did not eat breakfast, but it smelled yummy! This was our first time at a Best Western Plus, but I do not think it will be our last! Thank you!”

“Before this trip, we did not know about Drury. Stephanie checked us in from the beginning was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually remember my name several hours later when I walked to the desk. The location where we stayed had breakfast and dinner included with the room price. I was thoroughly impressed and will be traveling in the future and will stay at Drury whenever we do.”

“Amazing spot! We loved the hotel. It was super clean and close to everything that we wanted to see in Greenville. It’s great architecture ace interior design in a wonderful spot on the river- it made it an incredibly peaceful place.”
