Hotel vicino a Burns Corner Shopping Center - Greenville

“Very clean and nice property. Was there for a wedding in Taylors. Great location. Water pressure in shower was good, comfy bed and nice frig and microwave (although didn’t use the microwave). Breakfast was good and the hot cinnamon rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had! Wish they would have had some scrambled eggs but other than that no complaints!”

“Everything was good. The bed, however, was not very comfortable. But overall worth the value!”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. Negative areas were: For 3 person occupancy only enough supplies for one coffee. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Onsite restaurant was overpriced. ”

“Room was clean although furniture was beat up. Outside of building had damage to a/c vents and trim; some windows were cloudy indicating they'd lost their seal. Breakfast experience was poor. Juice machine had off-flavored juice. Waffle mix was separated or not mixed properly. No brewed coffee, only instant coffee machine which produced 'not-coffee'. Breakfast was a disappointment. Lobby was clean, fresh carpet in hallway and room. Renovations were underway on the property.”

“We really enjoyed this property for our one night! It was close to town and very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The friendly staff even let us check in an hour early which was so appreciated since we had an event a few hours later. The rooms are nicely remodeled. We will be back!”

“Staff was nice. The property needs an overall renovation. It didn’t seem dirty just old. Things just need upgraded in general. Kinda basic. I didn’t see the pool but I don’t think it was open. I also didn’t see the bar/lounge/restaurant which I think is under construction. Just not much vibrancy here but for the price, it was ok. Our biggest issue was the room had no tissues or shower gel stocked. We took “shampoo showers.” It’s kind of “off the path” from downtown. That could be good or not...

“Do not go to this place. Dirty, construction mess,overcharged me x $120.00 and did not refind.”

“Very clean place and polite staff. Just wish they had automatic doors to make carrying in luggage and such easier and having ramps for handicap and luggage a little closer to the door would be much more helpful. But overall, excellent experience. Would recommend if you don't care about n pools and such(they don't have one).”

“Pettigru Place was such a wonderful place to stay during our trip. Our room, The Rosamunde, was so charming! The bed was comfy and everything was nice and clean. Their breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! We will definitely stay again next time we're in Greenville!”

“I will stay here again. I will say the mattress in room 302 needs to be changed. I did not get a comfortable nights Sleep while I was there but everything else was excellent.”

“Beautiful property. Walking distance to downtown and the waterfall. Breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of seating. Fire pit at night was an amazing touch. Can’t wait to stay again”
