“I stay here every time I am in town. It’s a great hotel and everything is clean and nice. The location is also very convenient to where I go. The floors are kept clean along with the elevator which works really good and is quick. The room has shelves a refrigerator, microwave , stovetop and sink which is really convenient. The staff is always nice and the girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I will be back sometime in the new year of 2026. See you guys then! Thanks! ”

“I had never stayed here before but the rates were much better than all the others so I was kind of skeptical at first. But upon arriving and checking the room out, I was pleasantly pleased. It comes with a small kitchen area which most do not, especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. “Pettigru Place is a lovely historical home very close to all the action in downtown Greenville and the Swamp Rabbit Greenway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was over the top creative and delicious and plenty of it! We also enjoyed the afternoon complimentary wine and cheese.
