“Room was clean although furniture was beat up. Outside of building had damage to a/c vents and trim; some windows were cloudy indicating they'd lost their seal. Breakfast experience was poor. Juice machine had off-flavored juice. Waffle mix was separated or not mixed properly. No brewed coffee, only instant coffee machine which produced 'not-coffee'. Breakfast was a disappointment. Lobby was clean, fresh carpet in hallway and room. Renovations were underway on the property.”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. A little confusing with parking and access to the fourth floor check in. Elevators for the hotel and separate elevators for the garage. ”

“The hotel is close enough to downtown Greenville (about 15 minutes or so), which was a plus. The staff was friendly. However, the room was not quiet. We heard doors slamming and fast walking/running sounds overhead continually at night. The bathroom was also noticeably smelly.”

“I am a regular customer of this hotel chain, but I do not recommend this specific location. They do not let you rest and keep bothering you at 11:00 AM—even if you have extended your stay. They show no respect for your rest, despite the fact that you are paying specifically to get some sleep.”

“This is one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at in quite awhile. Great location. Great room accommodations. Grenville downtown is awesome with all that it has to offer.”
