“Very close to beach access. The room was surface clean, but when I looked behind the sofa bed, there was several items of trash behind the furniture. I’m glad that they are pet friendly however, if I have to pay $100 for my pet to stay I expect my room to be extremely clean. “We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again.”

“The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!”
