Questo condominio si trova a pochi passi dal famoso Ritz Carlton Hotel, comprende due piscine di dimensioni standard, quattro campi da tennis in terra battuta illuminati, nonché biciclette ombreggiate e percorsi pedonali.

Il Surf and Racquet Club è una comunità protetta, paesaggistica e sicura, situata nella zona di Summer Beach sull'isola di Amelia. . L'ambientazione è in una lussureggiante foresta costiera amaca con dune di sabbia direttamente sull'oceano. Gran parte della chioma dell'albero rimane intatta. Il nostro condominio si affaccia su 1 delle 2 piscine e sulle incontaminate dune coperte di avena e spiagge di sabbia bianca.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con splendida vista sull'oceano e accesso al balcone. Il master ha una TV via cavo e un bagno privato completo. La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli, TV via cavo e bagno privato completo.

Il soggiorno comprende un divano letto. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 al tavolo e ci sono 2 ulteriori sgabelli al bar della cucina. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo una lavatrice / asciugatrice full size disponibile nel condominio.

A soli 40 minuti dall'aeroporto di Jacksonville, Amelia Island ha chilometri di sentieri per escursioni e passeggiate attraverso le querce interne. Anche l'equitazione sull'oceano è molto popolare. Ci sono molti grandi campi da golf nelle vicinanze, tra cui uno vicino al Ritz Carlton, a soli cinque minuti a piedi lungo la spiaggia o la strada e altri presso lo sviluppo Plantation sull'isola. Sull'isola si trovano anche la nautica, la pesca e tutti gli sport acquatici. L'antiquariato in alcuni dei negozi di antiquariato di Amelia è popolare così come passeggiare nella pittoresca zona del centro vittoriano. Troverai molti ottimi ristoranti lì e in tutta l'isola.

Una breve gita in barca ti porterà a Cumberland Island, famosa per i suoi cavalli selvaggi. Generally a lovely place

AC worked well, was accurate, and was not loud. The clothes washer did not work the whole time. The part needed to fix it took several days to arrive so we had to find a laundromat in town. The dishwasher worked albeit old. Toaster was not working well. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close unless you are very strong. A water main broke, so the tennis courts were closed the whole week we were there. The swimming pools were lovely and the beach access was great. Our host Leslie was helpful and communicative.

Upon arrival the instructions given to us were to call “security“ however there was no number for security listed or provided. When called the property manager, no one answered, and after an 8 Hour drive we sat outside the gate for over 40 minutes until a random guest opened it and let us in. Then as we arrived at the front door, the black lock box where the keys were would not open no matter what we tried, after about 20 minutes of trying the cleaning lady open the door and attempted to open the lock box and get us the keys as well and it took her over 20 minutes. Finally, the property manager answered my call and I advised her what was going on with the box and she replied with “yes, that has been giving us some troubles.” the room was very clean, however, this was the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in. You have to be Hercules to open the sliding glass door, all of the blinds broke the moment you tried to open them, the microwave did not work, the shower only worked if you had it on the hot water, and the lack of communication from the property manager was incredibly frustrating. Additionally , the elevator broke and the door to the stairs had vomit on it and was never cleaned. The location is great and a quick walk to the beach. There is a side view of the ocean and the beds are comfortable. The AC worked great and we were comfortably cool.pools were also good. I have been visiting this beach now for eight years and have to say I will not be staying back in this location.

Baseball weekend tournament

The location is great and property/ unit is outdated. Few light blubs in the unit were out. The master bathroom shower wasn't working at all. Try to contact the owners before check-in and during but no response at all. No communication from owner during stay. Since it's owned privately, the facility office won't be able to help at all. The amount of money is charged wasn't worth the unit. Just honest review.

Beautiful location, good price, needs updates...

Give me the beach and the sunshine and I am typically happy in any situation!The home when we entered appeared to be exactly as pictured! No smells and carpets in bedrooms appeared clean and kept which i was worried about being at the beach!Everything you need in the kitchen, minus the toaster needs replaced because it burned our bagel every morning on the lowest setting.The towels provided had stains in both bathrooms so we opted to use our beach towels. The facets need an upgrade in both the sinks and the showers in additional to the shower liner being changed in the main bath. The fan in the main bath was also broken and sounded like a fire hazard.Overall it its a beautiful location and we enjoyed our week but the property itself needs some work.

Beautiful Vacation Home and Destination

We loved our stay at the condo. The view is beautiful from the bedroom and balcony. The living area was especially comfy and no problem with any electronics. I would only say the tub plumbing in both bathrooms were a little tricky to get shower, or tub to cut off or get proper temp control. The information for the condo was a bit confusing as the emails were different from posted information. Also, the twin beds have plastic covers on them, which we understand are great for kids, but I had two adults staying in there who said they crinkled all night. Overall, it was a beautiful condo really nicely furnished and we totally enjoyed the beach and the amenities and getting a chance to get away for a few days. we would definitely book this condo agai

Location, location, location! The views were spectacular with easy beach access. The condo needs updated and some basic maintenance (filters need replaced and vents need cleaned), there was a lot of dust and dirt. Overall, the cleaning fee didn’t seem justified.

Pledge the Pink Weekend

Two couples stayed in this comfortable roomie condo. We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out.

Great location. Not great room

We bought an air mattress for the guest room because the twin beds were so uncomfortable. They are wrapped in plastic, so very noisy and creepy. The place is desperate for updating, but clean. Great coffee maker, but the wrong filters. Other small details like that. If you are not picky, and want close the beach, you might like it. My family was not happy.

Nice just a little outdated.

Couches were nice but you sink down. Wonderful king bed in master. Tub’s are very deep and needs to have cleaned the shower curtain. Very beautiful view of the ocean and felt very safe.

Great condo, just needs updates!

The condo is great. I love the community, the property, pool, beach, etc. The actual condo needs attention, though! It needs a new shower set-up, the vents needs to be updated, the fan in the bathroom, etc. We had a need while we were there, and the owner got right back to us and resolved the issue.

Great view and roomy but needs some updating.

Plumbing is outdated. To flush the guest toilet you have push handle down, count to five and release. The showers are hard to adjust the water temp. Just worn out.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway

As the other reviewers have said, she needs a little love. But that did not detract from our stay at all. We are all about the covered porch looking out at the pool & the ocean! The unit was clean, check in could not have been easier. Elevator right up to the front door. The beds were great, we had very good night's sleep after returning from fishing & beaching all day. Loved it!
