“La peggiore struttura del viaggio. Le camere sono grandi ma la manutenzione non è adeguata. Lo scarico del bagno era intasato. L'appendiasciugamano è caduto addosdo a mia figlia. Ho fatto presente la situazione al manager che non ha provveduto in alcun modo. Pessima esperienza.”

“No staff in office until 7am. It was locked. The reception worker was very unfriendly. No shampoo or soap in room. Only decaf coffee in room. Breakfast was fine except cold sausage and no eggs.”

“We booked the more expensive room and when we arrived they gave us the cheaper room that smelled. When I returned to the desk they told me it was a pet room (hence no carpeting). They changed it. When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. ...

“While Dayton is a smaller community, the Dayton Inn and the town itself exceeded our expectations! This hotel has 12 beautifully appointed rooms with exceptional upgrades such as heated towel bars in the bathroom, afternoon wine and cheese social and wonderful bedding. The manager cheerfully greeted us at check in and although our room wasn't ready, she provided many options in town to consider while we waited. The location is very convenient to so many different wineries and the town itself...

“Room was clean, bathroom looked like the maid left half way through the job. Walls were gunky, toilet didn’t appear to have been cleaned, shower was nice and clean. Parked right outside our room so we could keep an eye on the car. Staff was friendly.”

“Dogs barking all night and people fighting people getting evicted from property to hear them fighting and screaming yelling again in the next room over. Sounded like furniture being thrown and a full out rearrange of furniture or like fixtures being ripped from walls. Staff was of little help saying people were evicted two hours prior, lady at front desk was so looped I don’t think she understood what we were telling her. Avoid this place.”
