“The room we got was on the first floor right next to the breakfast area. Woke up to all the noice from the waffle maker and people. The restroom had a urine smell. They told us all the other rooms were fully booked as soon as we got there. I booked over two months ago and it didn’t seem full. The pool and hot tub were out of service for maintenance and did not get to enjoy it after our long hike, which were the plans. I would not stay there again. ”

“I have a hard time leaving a negative review, but the the negative out weighed the positive on this stay. The front desk attendant was very friendly and nice, and the room was clean, but that is about the best I can say. The room was good sized, but one of the lights had a foot pedal that was broken - could get it to turn on, but not turn off. “Cockroach in our room the second we got in. Brought it to the front desk they were super busy the guy said he would talk to me but instead he was extra rude saying that his manager would be in in the morning and talk to him then. So I did. He told me essentially to kick rocks and get a refund through Expedia. Is that happening? Unsure still waiting. There is NO complimentary breakfast like advertised.
