“We were not at the hotel for about 10 hours, but when I checked in, I got very minimal instructions and wasn't even told which direction my room was in. Then, when I checked out, I received no receipt and was told that my deposit would go back on my card, and it has not, and it's been a week. I am trying to figure out how to fix this error. It was overall clean, but dated from what we saw.”

“The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own.”

“The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. The room was great, the bed was awesome, even the water pressure was awesome. Just had a very pleasant stay. Our new home away from home in Salem. Staff was helpful in every way. “Very nice budget hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin. Breakfast was very good compared to similar hotels. They even had a waffle maker that made 1-4 mini waffles instead of one huge waffle. They offered pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, and a standard egg, meat, and biscuit gravy (biscuits were not good though. They looked like they were cooked in a microwave). Staff was excellent. “The location is hard to get in and out of. The hallways smell very dirty. It was so noisy that for 2 nights we didn't get much sleep. The shower had mold and very low water pressure. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable and the towels and linens were great. I will not be recommending this hotel.”
