“La peggiore struttura del viaggio. Le camere sono grandi ma la manutenzione non è adeguata. Lo scarico del bagno era intasato. L'appendiasciugamano è caduto addosdo a mia figlia. Ho fatto presente la situazione al manager che non ha provveduto in alcun modo. Pessima esperienza.”

“Very attentive staff. We had trouble with neighbors loud at 3:30 am & that got handled quickly by security once we called, then the next morning they gave us a new room. Good location. Comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salem!”

“This is a nice property. We had a large room with plenty of space. The person who checked us in did a great job of explaining all of the amenities and the cookies are a nice touch. This hotel gives you a lot of value and extras that you have to pay for other places. They partner with Denny's for breakfast and it is nice that you get a hot cooked breakfast or you can also choose to upgrade with $10 towards any other menu item if you don't want the included choice. “The property was run down, but they were clearly in the process of renovating. There were signs stating that there would be construction noise 8am-6pm. Not a problem. The room was clean, and decently appointed. The lighting is mismatched and some bulbs are bright white and hard on the eyes. Empty tissue box, but whatever. The issue is that the elevator has a sign saying do not go to the 4th floor because it’s under construction. My room was on the 3rd floor. I’m not sure why it was so critical...

“No hot water the room looked like it was still under construction like the rest of the property it took 24 hours to move us to a room that was not properly clean. Rotten food in fridge. Never going back. ”

“Enjoyed breakfast buffet. Disappointed there was no hot tub as in the pictures of the property it showed there was one. Also the pool closed at 9pm and in my experience that is very early and we never used it due to not being back from our adventures in time.”

“Front desk lady was so helpful. They also have security at night walking around and lots of cameras. Super safe property and great rates. Will be back”

“If you’re sensitive to strong, perfumy scents, this is not the hotel for you. There are multiple air fresheners throughout the hallways that spray frequently. There was even one that spreyed in the elevator. While there weren’t any air fresheners plugged into the rooms themselves, a strong fragrance would rush in every time the door was opened. Simply walking from my room to the car made my eyes water and triggered an immediate migraine.”
