“We got in later than expected, and our room was ready for us. Super comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Made use of the exercise room and breakfast bar. Coffee was fresh and plentiful. ”

“Staff was amazing! Property left more to be desired. We were placed in a pet friendly room although I messaged we did not have pets prior to arrival. No biggie- except there was still hair and dander in our “clean” room that kept our allergies going all weekend. Great central location and fair prices, but no elevator and doors that don’t work leave me less then impressed ”

“Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. ”

“I've stayed here a few times now. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are comfortable. I like to stay here when I'm visiting Portland because the hotels in Portland are too expensive and some of them charge extra for parking.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean. However, overall the stay just didn’t feel worth the price. The room felt pretty outdated, and the TV channel selection was limited. One of the biggest downsides was the environment outside. There were people sitting right in front of the doors throughout the night, and I witnessed drug use and dealing in the nearby parking lot. Unfortunately, my room’s view looked directly out onto a run-down Denny’s parking lot where...

“Entire staff was warm and friendly. First time staying here but definitely not the last. Enjoyed everyone we encountered. Front desk, valet, housekeeping, hostess at BLVD, etc...”

“This is a hostel with private rooms. I might have missed that while booking, but don’t think it was clearly labeled. It’s a nice place and good location if you’re going to the convention or Moda center, but just know what you’re booking. ”
