“Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. ”

“No air conditioning and the room was extremely hot!! Floor filthy and had not been mopped in ages. You could tell from the dirt on underneath side of the shower matt when I picked it up. Shower pressure awful and the mattress was so old and broken down I was tempted to sleep on the floor. Hairs on bed and linen. Everything about the room was the worst I had ever experienced. I can't believe that they can call themselves a motel 6. I will never go back and I feel for anyone who has to go through...

“My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere. I have an autistic child and the rooms have an extra door that blocks the room from the bathroom area and high shelf’s that...

“The room was fairly clean but there was one obvious issue as we noticed the bath wouldn’t drain and there was a large clog of hair that looked like it hasn’t been addressed in months at minimum, which also broke the tub stopper. Outside of that mostly the room was in good shape and the staff has always been polite and easy to communicate with. We do like visiting the hotel on occasion when coming into town, but it is not our first choice but will still most likely remain in the rotation. ”

“The staff was top notch and were incredibly nice and helpful. When I arrived the very nice woman behind the counter greeted me “you must be the birthday boy!” I was in town for work but it happened ti be on my birthday. She gave me an extra drink ticket for the bar and a parking pass. Would definitely stay with them again ”
