Hotel a Newberg

“The hotel was pristine. It looks like I could’ve been the first guest that had ever slept in that room.”

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately evidently the hot tub is not working. It was the main reason I spent a little extra and drove a little farther than Woodburn. I guess next time I will need to call and check hotels that have hot tubs to make sure they are working. Other than that that the hotel was very nice”

“Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...

“I only stayed at this property one night while passing through Portland, but all of my interactions with staff were top-notch (everyone was so kind and helpful!), and my room was nice and well-appointed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and I didn’t hear any street noise at all from the 4th floor.”

“Awesome staff, clean and modern rooms. The location is great. Only critique is that the windows seem thin as even on the 8th floor the sounds from outside were noticeable (cars, max, people). Would not recommend for light sleepers. ”

“Was under construction, which meant the restaurant hours were effected by this and also in room dining. Not a luxury experience at all having to pay a resort fee seemed totally unnecessary I’d say considering. Won’t be giving this property another try which is a same as it’s a very historic Portland location but under new ownership and has lost all of its magic. ”
