“My stay at the Courtyard was exceptional due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the beautifully and elegantly decorated room, and the overall attention to details that I experienced.”

“This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.”

“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I had a question prior to arrival and called the hotel. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional! I’ve stayed here before and will definitely do so in the future!”

“Everything was really nice, starting with Derrick who was working the counter, to the room, workout room was small but had what was needed, breakfast and a nice small pool. It was convenient to everything and we enjoyed our stay”

“Dirty and foul-smelling rooms”

“No hot water and the bathroom door would not shut. The staffs response was you should let the water run for fifteen minutes.”

“Breakfast could have been better. There was really nothing but cold cereal and a waffle makes”

“Super great staff. Very helpful. The room was very clean, but shows wear. This is an older building. Easy parking. Very safe. Breakfast was very carb oriented. Cereal, toast, muffin, pancakes. No protein. No alternative milk product - like oat or almond milk. Great coffee. The price was right for a stopover on the way home.”

“This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels.
