“Beautiful home in a great area that was central to all our activities. The home was well equipped and very maintained. We will be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this location. The distance from all the attractions we wanted to go to was perfect. The house itself was very pretty. The only downside would be the cleanliness. One of the bathroom tubs was pretty dirty and after a day or two my bedroom smelled like mildew. It was raining quite a bit the days we were there though. The rest of the house’s cleanliness was fine. Overall, had a great time and would book again.”

“The home was exactly as listed. It was clean and modern and had some nice touches, such as coffee and throw blankets, to make it a comfortable stay. The beach is right down the road, and it was great to have a designated parking spot on the very busy road. Loved it!”

“We absolutely loved the cottage and experience with our host. It felt like we were staying in someone’s home as special guests. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed to make an Easter Brunch. Unfortunately, it rained half of our visit but what a perfect place to be cozy indoors, to relax and enjoy some unusual down time. We can’t wait for our next visit to use the beach chairs and other warm weather amenities. Best rental experience !”

House was super clean and Jessica was a very responsive host. We had a party of 3 and it was the perfect size for us. I’d eagerly stay here again!”

“Great spot if you’re in town for an event at the Long Beach convention center. Easy access to bikes, groceries and restaurants. Quick cab ride to Long Beach airport. House is well equipped and each bedroom has a private bath. Great for professionals.”

“Pleasantly surprised by a well appointed kitchen not often seen in most properties. Great location with short walks to stores, restaurants, and beach. Had work scheduled entire stay and was a nice space to continue work with colleagues and wind down. Definitely will extend stay next visit to have more time to enjoy the area.”

Home was equipped with everything we needed, only thing was, master bedroom bathroom shower door did not stay shut and water kept coming out so we all just used the first shower instead. “This house suited our needs perfectly. We were visiting family in the area, and it was just a few minutes drive to their house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. And we had a grocery delivery that didn't make it - I guess the neighborhood is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, too, but we eventually found the packages in front of another house nearby. “Everything was good at the property and the manager was very helpful and respectful there was one issue where a bathroom shower leaked on a bed this was also in a previous review apparently they have not fixed that issue but are working on it. Another shower was not working and a door on a different shower had issues. All in all everything else was good. The city needs to do a better job of cleaning up since the beach was flooded with debris - we actually found a syringe on the beach. No fault...

“Love love love this place! Management was accommodating and nice also informative on arrival . The location is next to literally everything. We didn't have to uber anywhere . We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!”
