Bellissima villa sulla spiaggia di Belmont Shores Ca

Siamo l'unica casa sulla spiaggia di fronte alla baia che ci rende i migliori👍🏽😃. Situato a Belmont Shore in California. 1 camera matrimoniale con vasca Queen e Jacuzzi. Camera 2 con 1 letto singolo e 3 letti a castello e la 3a camera con un letto matrimoniale. La camera familiare dispone di un ampio divano componibile, così come il soggiorno. Top deck con lince bbq. Vista completa sull'oceano, sulla baia, sulla Catalina, sulla Queen Mary e sulle montagne della California meridionale. C'è anche un garage per due auto. Tavole da paddle, kayak e noleggio biciclette di fronte alla casa sulla spiaggia. A pochi passi a 2 isolati dalla 2nd Street per ottimi ristoranti, negozi e bar. E puoi andare in bicicletta o Uber a breve distanza dal centro congressi di Long Beach. Cucina completamente attrezzata tranne cibo. Sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e asciugamani forniti. STREET È CHIUSA IN ESTATE 9-5 Quindi le persone possono camminare in bici e pattinare in strada. Siamo a 40 minuti da Disneyland a 30 minuti dalla fattoria Knottsberry a 45 minuti da Hollywood in circa un'ora dalla terra di Lego. Ottimo posto per famiglie e fughe romantiche, non un luogo per feste in tempesta o eventi come matrimoni i nostri vicini faranno chiudere la festa in un minuto c'è un posto di fronte alla nostra casa che organizza matrimoni ed eventi privati sulla spiaggia.

The house was very nice and the location was great! We enjoyed using the pool table and the view from the top floor was great. Walking distance to the walking path on the beach and nice stores and restaurants on 2nd street. Our suggestion would be to have a few more things in the kitchen like a dishcloth and more than one garbage bag. Also we fried some eggs and they stuck to the pan, so maybe a new frying pan. The house was very clean!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The 3-story house offered a lot of space for our whole family, and the look out at the waterfront was just beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. The tiny kid house was a huge hit; the kids loved playing in there every day.It was such a close walk to the beach, and there were lots of restaurants, activities, and shopping nearby, which made everything super convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals at home easy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft, which made for a great night’s sleep. Plus, it was super convenient to have a 2-car garage for parking.Definitely recommend for families - beach getaway! We’d love to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were super impressed at how clean it was given that it allows pets, the balcony space was incredibly spacious and functional, and the pool table was a massive hit with our kids. Steps away from Rosie's dog beach and 2nd street. The host was quickly responsive with a super easy check in/check out process!

The house was great and had everything we needed for two families with young kids looking for some beach time and a day at universal studios. The hosts were very nice and responsive, the views from the multiple decks were awesome, and the pictures of the house in the listing don’t do this place justice as it is bigger and nicer than we expected. We were able to fit two cars in the garage too, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

We booked this property because we had been displaced due to the fires in Altadena. It was a wonderful place to rest, and the house is a fantastic space, with lots to walk to in the area. We were also grateful to be able to bring our pets. Thank you for a healing stay.

This property is located a few blocks from the bustling shopping and restaurant scene on 2nd and a few blocks from Long Beach’s revered beach real and coastline. The Belmont neighborhood is the best that Long Beach has to offer and this property is so perfectly situated, you would be hard pressed to find a a better spot. Also, the harbor beach is right out your front door and you can rent boats, paddle boards, kayaks and so much more. The house is whimsical, flamboyant, fun, and multi leveled which we appreciate. We had a family function here and the three stories helped give all of us enough space to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you need and all of the amenities were provided including a spacious kitchen, and large common areas. If the owners ever want to sell, I would buy, and I’m not kidding!Everything about this property was warm and inviting and I would consider it an exceptional experience.

The house is nice and clean and roomy. It was nicer than the pictures. Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and to the beach. Also walking distance to the bay. It’s pretty perfect. The rooftop could use A little attention. But overall, we were very happy with staying there.

What a fabulous stay we had to celebrate 100 yrs of Joe Jost’s family. From the views of the bay, having a garage, Rob the neighbor, the communication with the hosts, everything was awesome! I would highly recommend.

Property as listed. Great beach house across from the beach(s). Close to activities, shops, grocery, restaurants. Easy drive to Los Angeles attractions, except for Universal Studio Hollywood during morning rush hour, since it is located at the other end of the city, so plan ahead. Quick response by host for minor questions that we had. Great rooftop patio. Would stay here again. Unrelated to the property: Kids bedroom (with bunkbeds) is for kids or young adults, not really for a couple. Lots of oneway streets and stops signs so watch for those. Sometimes you need to drive "two" blocks in the opposite direction to get to where you are going. Garage is in back alleyway, and fits a minivan. Would be nice to have a how-to-manual, but pretty easy to figure out most things.
