  • We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a gated front 6patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

This was the best vacation property we have ever stayed in. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable!! The beach is literally across the street. The host was very responsive and helpful! We will stay here again.

This place was perfect for my family and pets! We were comfortable in the accommodation. Had enough space for all! Excellent location as it was a short walk to the beach and also to the town for restaurants and stores! Definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at Steve’s place was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend. The patio was a popular hang out spot with a spectacular view of Catalina Island, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. A fresh bouquet of flowers was a nice welcoming touch along with plenty of coffee pods to wake up to. Also, the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets.

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely book again. The location truly can’t be beat—just a short walk to the bay, the beach, and the aquarium, which made everything so easy and enjoyable.The house was incredibly well stocked with everything you’d expect from a great beach house—plenty of towels, beach toys, and even thoughtful extras like sunscreen. The little touches really stood out too, like the Keurig and the fully stocked bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner.Everything felt comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. We especially loved that it’s dog-friendly, which made the trip even better for our family.Highly recommend—if you’re considering this place, look no further!

The unit was very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Flowers were delivered after we arrived. Thank you. There is parking for a full sized truck or two compact cars. The owners live upstairs. About 200 teenagers congregated at the beach across the road and started fighting resulting in 7 LBPD units and an air unit broadcasting for them to disperse. Lasted about 2 hours, unsettling.
