Infinite viste sull'oceano, tramonti affascinanti e romantiche luci serali sono ciò che alcuni dei nostri ospiti hanno commentato dopo il loro soggiorno.

La struttura dispone di 6 ampie camere da letto, tutte con bagno interno, due bagni per gli ospiti aggiuntivi (un bagno è attrezzato per disabili) al primo e al secondo piano, una sala da biliardo con tavolo da biliardo, due camere per famiglie, sala da pranzo formale, tre caminetti, colazione informale angolo con vista sull'oceano e zona lettura, insieme a una cucina gourmet che ti toglierà il respiro. C'è un ascensore funzionante che serve tutti e tre i piani e, a seconda delle dimensioni del veicolo, il garage può ospitare fino a sei veicoli.

La grande casa è confortevole e la tecnologia avanzata per tenerti caldo di notte e fresco durante i mesi estivi, insieme a illuminazione automatizzata e TV ad alta definizione, stereo / Pandora / Spotify / iTunes in ciascuna delle camere da letto e in tutta la proprietà insieme a un sistema di sicurezza video avanzato.

Situato sulla tanto ricercata Boardwalk-Peninsula di Long Beach, l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia e ½ isolato dalla baia rende questa proprietà ugualmente piacevole sia per adulti che per bambini piccoli per divertirsi in bicicletta, kayak, paddle board, wind surf, gondola passeggiate intorno all'isola di Napoli o semplicemente a rilassarsi. A pochi passi dalla famosa 2nd Street, dove troverete molti ristoranti, negozi e locali notturni.

La struttura è situata in posizione centrale a Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary (10 minuti), Disneyland e Knott's Berry Farm (20 minuti), LAX (30 minuti), Aeroporto John Wayne (20 minuti), centro di LA ( 40 minuti).

This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

The home is beautiful but the host is strange. We were accused (and attempted to be charged) for damages to the house that we did not do and accused of leaving things behind that we did not leave. Things that the previous guest obviously did especially considering many things were missing during our stay due to a previous guest that the host was unaware of. The guest constantly mentioned our race when accusing us of the issues. There is nothing for kids like dishwear, toys, books etc like they advertise. Also 1 bathroom and shower is out of order if you are looking to use them all. We had no trash can, no towels, multiple kitchen amenities missing. Great location with beautiful home but not worth the price.

A delightful week in a lovely home! Beautifully appointed interior. Spacious kitchen but needing a few simple items such as oven mitts, cutting knives, serving and mixing bowls and a working trash compactor. Comments were made about the windows needing cleaning and the sticky elevator door on the 3rd floor. Just minor things. Overall, a fun week for the family filled with memories to last forever!

Wonderful Family Time

What a great stay for our whole family! So much space and the access to the beach (just a few steps away) as well as the marina (just a block or two) could not be better. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and our two sons, their wives and children were situated over different floors which gave us all privacy when we wanted it and a place to gather when we were all together. The hosts were kind and gracious with great communication-I felt like we had made new friends! Would definitely come here again for a family weekend. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories together!

Seventy forth birthday celebration

The location was surreal. We enjoyed the view, the sound of the ocean and cleanliness of the house. The space was inviting. It was like being at home. The garages accommodated our cars perfectly. My guests enjoyed every moment, and are still thanking me for the invite. I would definitely consider using this property again.

Amazing House

We booked this place for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for our family. All the couples had their own rooms and extra bathrooms. loved the house we also came with (4) full size SUVs and they all fit in the garage. The only downside to staying here was the beach… We could walk out the back and we were on the beach, which was great. But the beach was full of trash..Anything you could think of was washed up all over the beach. Each day we had to clear a spot for the kids to play because you would find glass, plastic, and just about any kind of garbage you could think of. Loved the house, just not the beach it was on.

Great 4th of July

What an amazing house! Perfect location, especially for the 4th of July. We saw fireworks on both sides. There was so much space for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was incredible. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We wold definitely come back!

Amazing house

We loved this house so much! It’s huge and beautiful and amazing. It’s right on the beach, so my son and his friends swam, played soccer and football and rode bikes all the way up to shoreline village. There was so much space for everyone to relax and spread out. The boys played pool and the kitchen and dining area were great for big group meals. We will definitely be back!

Family reunion

Beautiful property with panoramic views of the ocean and city. Close proximity to retail and grocery. Very spacious and private. Owners were easy to access. We would definitely vacation here again. Only one suggestion would be getting repeaters for internet on ground level since WiFi signal was weak on ground level.
