Preparati ad essere incantato quando rimani nel nostro rifugio artistico splendidamente arredato, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Teatro cinese di Grauman, nel cuore di Hollywood. Divertiti a dormire in un letto su misura del proprietario e scultore / fotografo / regista franco-americano Pascal Giacomini, che ha realizzato a mano molti dei deliziosi e unici arredi in metallo e legno dello spazio. Appartamento monolocale privato completamente rinnovato con accesso al lussureggiante cortile, vasca idromassaggio e cabana tropicale. Splendido bagno nuovo con pareti in marmo e pavimento in piastrelle di pietra. Il parco e lo studio sono pieni di sculture e opere d'arte di Haiti, Papua Nuova Guinea, Brasile, Bali e Tailandia.

Questo non è uno spazio condiviso, è il tuo monolocale privato con ingresso separato.

Situato in posizione centrale con molti ristoranti, pub inglesi, galleria, libreria e le migliori margaritas della città, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. 10 minuti a piedi dal Runyon Canyon per escursioni spettacolari. 5-10 minuti di auto da Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sprouts e altri cinema.

Quiet and comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and we never had a problem finding parking on the street (parking pass provided). The apartment is exactly as pictured: compact, efficient, clean, comfortable. Access to the outdoor area is a real benefit. The owners, Carine and Pascal, are hosts who are kind, caring, and have provided everything needed. We loved the location, too. The area of Sunset Blvd the house is nearest isn't the nicest, but it does have an excellent Mexican restaurant. It seemed a bit rundown but not dangerous in any way. The house itself it about a block away and in a lovely quiet residential area.

Great Stay in Historic Hollywood Neighborhood!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was super clean, well stocked and quiet. The location was ideal for us since we wanted to see all of the Hollywood sights including Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills, motion picture studio tours, etc. Our hosts were great! Carine gave great instructions and communicated promptly, making it easy for us. Included on-street parking was a plus. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Grounded Peaceful Space.

Just as advertised—a solid, peaceful spot where you can truly relax. The sculpture garden feels like a hidden gem in the middle of West Hollywood’s energy. The 1920s neighborhood still carries its old-school charm, giving the whole place a sense of history and character that’s hard to find.

The property was as described - comfortable, good outdoor space, great neighborhood, really nice hosts! January 2025 was a challenging time to be in Los Angeles, and the hosts were really helpful and wonderful.

Great Place to Stay in Hollywood

Carine and Pascal were wonderful hosts! When I had trouble getting the directions to the location, they emailed me the directions. The directions to check-in were perfect and had pictures with wording to direct us as needed. Other items in the apartment were also labeled making it easy to know what to do. Carine also emailed me a list of suggestions to do and restaurants to visit, which was very helpful. We ate out 3 nights and every restaurant was great (Electric Owl, Bossa Nova, and Aroma). The location is great as it's easy to get around using the buses or the metro, such as right up to the door of the Griffith Observatory! Other sites are in walking distance, the Walk of Fame and Grauman's (now TCL) Chinese Theater. The place is colorfully decorated, and the bathroom is very nicely done. The bed was comfortable, and every appliance worked perfectly. The hot tub was a definite plus! Thank you Carine and Pascal for a wonderful stay!

Very nice place

We spent 9 nights and would not hesitate to stay here again. The location worked very well for us. The space was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the clear directions and good communication of the hosts the self check in process was very easy. Parking on their street was no problem. Carine and Pascal were friendly, helpful and very responsive. Just a heads up that there are a few steps down to the unit which may be tricky if you have mobility issues but for most people it’s no problem.

Great space and location!

We loved our week long stay at this lovely studio! It’s within walking distance of Runyon Canyon, Hollywood and Sunset, and lots of great unique restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to any groups of 2!!

Cute West Hollywood nook

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and we really enjoyed staying here. The space was clean, inviting, and unique -- we really enjoyed living amidst art (even using one piece as a hanger for my jacket!). The exterior space was also lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space & location!

My wife & I spent 4 nights in this wonderful space. The space is very well appointed & the hosts were very gracious. We loved the art in and around the apartment, house & backyard, and enjoyed the gazebo every evening for a bit of relaxation. The neighborhood is wonderful - an oasis in the middle of W. Hollywood! We will definitely stay again when we return to LA.

Fabulous Artsy studio in WeHo

We loved our stay. Carine & Pascal were terrific hosts. The unit was just as it appeared online. Anyone who knows LA, this is “the it” neighborhood. Within walking to Runyon Canyon…it’s also a historic district so walking around all of the Los Angeles bungalows was a treat.

Wonderful hosts and location

This is in a perfect location to visit lots of amazing places. The place is super cozy & artsy. We did not hang out in the backyard, but it is super cute. Wonderful hosts so helpful and friendly. You will love it!
