“Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility though was less desirable. The hallway walls just looked tired. The bathroom floors were dirty, carpet in room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator in the room was broken.”

“Thin walls, was woken up at 2 am for something I didn’t want to hear. Overall place is okay but didn’t have the best experience. I kept getting some weird vibes from the front desk so not sure if I’ll be back here. I’ve stayed at the other hotels near by and for sure way better experience and ambient.”

“Normale hotel, rispetto agli anni scorsi la colazione è praticamente inesistente e solo da asporto. Economico senza pretese.”

“A chair in the living room was broken. If a heavy person sat in it, it could break completely. The sofa was old and sat about 8 inches off the floor. We mentioned this as we left. The hotel is being upgraded, we were told, and it should be completed this this year. It is a pleasant & convenient place to stay other than the probems we encountered.”

“Nothing really was working the telephone there was no hot water and the safe disnt work..bed was too soft. There was not manager on site at the time so I contacted Hilton headquarters and they was kind enough to compensate us with extra hilton points. So thank you Hilton for accommodating us that way.”

“Il menù colazione molto limitato e sempre uguale. Temperatura dove si effettuava la colazione fredda. Camera piccola, letti estremamente piccoli, non riuscivamo ad aprire i bagagli”

“Direi esperienza ottima. Nei nostri viaggi a NYC di solito prenotiamo più in centro zona Times Square. Questa volta per motivi logistici (prima volta in città con l’auto e dovevano consegnare in Avis) abbiamo fatto una scelta diversa. Peccato non essere stati da voi tutt’e e quattro le notti, ma solo La prima. Sicuramente sarebbe stata un’ottima scelta. Peccato (ma è una cosa minima) per le impalcature dei lavori fino al quinto piano (noi eravamo al 4) altrimenti sarebbe stato proprio...

“La camera era orribile, ce l'hanno cambiata ed era leggermente meglio ma sempre sporca, i bagni improponibili, le finestre con un metro di polvere, e i letti impossibili per dormire corti piccoli con materasso che afgonda”
