When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. The manager helped us find a room on the first floor that was an executive suite. It wasn't meant for a family but we made due. It wasn't clean or...

“Clean room, great staff, great breakfast with lots of options. Always coffee available and the room and facilities were kept well. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! The pool wasn’t full size and was a little dirty, but we still enjoyed it and others did as well. We made use of the gym, but the water bubbler was empty both days. The front desk gave us bottled water instead.”

Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. “The room was clean , but worn, headboard clearly discolored from wear and tear, cracked sink, shower faucet drip, a strange scratching grinding noise in the wall next to the bed. at night. The location suited our purpose for 3 nights visiting relatives in New City. Staff were responsive to our requests. Appeared safe. 3 stars”
