“For the nice area this property is located it was not kept well. It was dirty and doors that should have only been accessible by keycard were left wide open. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.”

“Clean lobby. Clean room. The swimming pool was down for "Maintenance". The bar was closed due to the bartender not coming in that evening. The Marketplace, that contained snacks, drinks, etc., was completely empty. According to their website, all of these items were operational. The Hotel was in need of basic maintenance. “Viaje familiar. Todo estuvo muy bien, solo dos cosas: 1. La luz del baño parpadeaba un poco. 2.- En el desayuno no alcanzamos fruta (eran 8:30 y el desayuno termina 9:30) y la máquina de pancakes no estaba funcionando. ”

“Kind of disappointing — they had workers out there building what looked like a new attraction for the park, and we couldn’t rest properly because of all the noise early in the morning. Our room was right in front of the construction zone, so it made it even harder. But overall, the hotel experience was good.”
