“The breakfast was overpriced, and the lake view room fell short of expectations in terms of upkeep. The TV console drawers were loose and wouldn’t stay closed, the full-size mirror was broken and had been removed without replacement, the lakeside windows were foggy, and the accent chair was missing its ottoman.”

“For the nice area this property is located it was not kept well. It was dirty and doors that should have only been accessible by keycard were left wide open. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.”

Breakfast is always absolutely delish and gives me something to look forward to in the am. The tropical outdoor pool is always clean and refreshing. I recently had a successful major surgery to give me the ability to walk again. I consider this property home! 🙏🌟🏡”

“Hotel is an all suite hotel which is nice. It has a sofa bed, frig & microwave. Shower area is separate from toilet area for convenience. Shower looked like it had mold in the corners. The air conditioner cooled the room, but was extremely noisy. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Had waffles and eggs with a few variations. Would have liked a sweet roll option, but only bagels, bread and English muffins. Workout room was OK, but equipment could use some maintenance. Very safe location....
