“Room was clean, however was disappointed ,if your stay is 5 nights room is cleaned every other day so no clean towels or coffee supply refills supplies. No breakfast or coffee provided in lobby, Starbucks is available and you can purchase limited microwaved food which is not edible, definitely eat Off Property!”

“The staff were all very helpful and friendly! We enjoyed sitting at the bar and playing cards. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay there again on our next Houston trip.”

“There were gobs of foot long black hair in oir shower. We are both short haired grey headed. It was an awakening that the shower and tub were not cleaned. Toilet took several times to flush. The lights didn’t want to shut off. The window blind opened only about 12 inches. It was not worth the $140+ we paid for the room. Compensation would be nice.”
