She helped me rectify the incorrect booking created *with a live Expedia rep named Alaa* and got us squared away. She said Expedia gets a booking very wrong at least once every couple of months. I hope that Expedia experience doesn’t happen to you, and if it does with this hotel, I hope Lakisha is there to fix it! ”
