“This was by far my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in for kids. Water park is awesome, amenities are so convenient, beds are clean and soft. Only complaint is the thin walls, could hear our neighbors very loud class until 1am. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“The hotel is so old and has just been given the landlord special with paint over the issues. There’s cracking on the doors and on the orders of the framing. The carpet smells and I’m pretty sure there’s mold in the rooms. Stay somewhere else please”

The rooms are consistently super clean and comfortable, and the customer service is truly wonderful. They feel like family. The manager even checks in with me every visit. The Hilton Garden Inn remains my preferred place to stay in Houston.”
