“This hotel was amazing! We stayed here before our cruise and it’s way cheaper than staying in Galveston Island! The mall is near by and tons of restaurants. It’s only about a 25-30 minute drive to cruise parking!”

The rooms are consistently super clean and comfortable, and the customer service is truly wonderful. They feel like family. The manager even checks in with me every visit. The Hilton Garden Inn remains my preferred place to stay in Houston.”

“The hotel was going through renovation and our smoke detector went off in the room because of it. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.”

“Room was clean, but we were disappointed with breakfast. There were very few choices available, and the oatmeal was watery and cold.”

“The bedroom was fine, with a nice lake view. But bathroom was very small, not clean, felt like an old one without any recent maintenance. There were no trash bags in the room, and office staff gave one after request.”

“We did enjoy our stay, there are a few things that could be better. It was raining and right above our patio door the ceiling was leaking, we put a towel down on the floor, it was only during the heavy rain. We were in room 328. The chair in our room had a material that felt wet. We put a sheet on it and it was fine. It was nice and quite , and the beds where good. Parking was good and the girl at checkout was nice. We would stay again.”

“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...
