“The location is ideal. There are plenty of places to eat at as well as shopping within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.”

“Bathroom Sink was leaking underneath. Surprise Wet socks after using the sink. We advised the first day. Used a towel underneath to try and mitigate.”

“Very bad experience stay with embassy suite especially the gentleman preparing omelets was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I approached the omelet station to place my order, he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. Without giving me his full attention, he asked me what I wanted. Since he continued talking to the other person while I was speaking, I paused and waited for him to finish. He then repeatedly asked me to place my order. When I finally told him what I wanted,...

“Rooms need updating. Hotel needs to be better maintained. Pool water is murky. Staff needs to make sure guests aren’t smoking in their rooms as it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel!”

“Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years.”

“Staying at this hotel was a disappointing experience. When we first checked in, there was no one at the registration desk. I had to go find the clerk in the adjoining office. Then when he came out, it was a very slow process and he asked me if we really needed 2 beds (which is what I purchased). I asked for extra pillows, which I never got and when I went down to ask about that and the parking, there was a sign saying that he would be back in a bit. Other people were waiting in line too.
