“Staff didn’t know to use American Express for check in. Disappointing. A/C was so/so. Not extra cold. Room was dated. TV was not user friendly.”

“Right in the center of everything you need. Nice staff and property is maintained. Rooms are small but it's ok kind of like a hotel room in Florida. Great stay!”

“I booked a king suite, which was not clean when I arrived. Apparently they can't keep employees. I was downgraded to a normal room. No pool. No breakfast. You can skip this hotel.”

“Pretty much no breakfast”

“There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible.”

“The staff was amazing, and very helpful. Tina and Ced were the kindest folks we've met in a long time. Stop by the Bistro and visit them even if you're not staying at the hotel.”

“Staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent location in the heart of downtown Champaign. Wish the pool was opened.”

“Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep”

“Me and my wife were there for stay because there was an event in nearby by town we saw lots of fancy cars in parking lot . Anyways the rooms was amazing nice clean and very very updated breakfast in the morning which is very good .”

“Our check in person was friendly and helpful. My husband made friends with a couple guys at the bar and they watched hockey together. The bartender was his new best friend. I thought the beds were comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep.”

“Our stay was just fine at the Holiday Inn. The breakfast is worth paying extra for because it’s through their restaurant, not really a continental breakfast. Beds were nice and it was convenient for my trip, close to campus, and my relatives house. Can walk to Walgreens or restaurants if needed!”
