Hotel vicino a West Side Park - Champaign

“Gorgeous and very memorable staying”

“TV broken, only stayed one night so not worth mentioning ”

“Our room was in need of an update. The tub had black stains in it, paint was patched. When we came into the room, the dishwasher was running and the bathroom floor was wet, as if the room had just been cleaned, even thoigh we were there an hour after check-in. ”

“Beware. Avoid this hotel. We paid in full, through Expedia, a couple of weeks prior to our check in. Processing of that payment was confirmed through PayPal, & Expedia confirmed payment to Home2Suites by Hilton in Champaign IL. However, Home2Suites processed a second payment the day of our check in, through the debit card on our Hilton rewards account. I have spent several hours in communication with the hotel to resolve this, to no avail. They are aware payment in full was made prior to our...

“Checkin was simple, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked like a champ. Pool was a little cool but still refreshing. Breakfast was usual fare but hot and ready before 6am. Only small complaints would be the room smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first entered and the bed could have used a thicker duvet/comforter..other than that it was better than I expected”

“The room was nice and clean and bigger than expected. I loved that there was a bar downstairs. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the limited parking next to the hotel. The spots along the backside of the building were confusing with all the tow signs. We were not told there was additional parking across the street however I did see a sign said Holiday inn parking.”

“This is my second time staying here. Although little older building it has been well kept. linens were comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and actually engaged in their job. Gym is nice and the fact there is free laundry is great. ”

“There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible.”

“The hotel and room feel brand new—very clean with bright lighting throughout. There are plenty of upgrades and great amenities, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We’d love to stay here again next time.”
