“Poor reception. Staff support was terrible. Parking is limited. Breakfast was minimal overall it’s a terrible place as far as managed.”

“Room was very dark, wife also complained about the lack of lights in the bathroom for doing her makeup. Luggage rack was missing one bolt and collapsed while being used. Just need some attention. Staff was great and location was good for access to shopping and where we needed to go.”

The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again.”

“Clean & comfortable. Especially liked the Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Plenty of parking, and great staff. Lobby Bar was great. One of the best Espresso Martini's ever.”

“The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!”

“Room was clean. Front desk receptionist Kennedy was very sweet and informative. Ordered food and it was good and fresh. Good water pressure on the shower and very comfortable bed!”

“Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return.”

“The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience”
