“My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson.”

“Hotel fuori dal centro e dal caos d S. Lucas, ma su via molto trafficata. In cinque minuti a piedi si è comunque nel cuore della cittadina. La struttura è in discrete condizioni generali. La camera standard è decisamente piccola, senza armadio, un pò datata, comunque pulita. Il letto molto duro, il condizionatore rumoroso. La colazione compresa nel prezzo è ai minimi storici. Onestamente non ci tornerei. A quel prezzo però non credo si possa pretendere di più.”

“This was our second time staying here and like the First it was Perfect! Check-In was smooth. The staff at Tomates (Lino,Adelina,Rocio,Mageli & the Chef) are the best! Great Service and very attentive to you. When we arrived (Ivan & Rene) we very helpful as soon as we pulled up. The room was Perfect for the occasion. “The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. ”
