“The staff is fantastic, the lady in charge at the moment of my check in was really lovely and kind. There was a problem in the room I was going to stay and she let me know showed me the options, and I could stay in another room for the night. I felt welcomed and calm with the solution she offered.”

One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times. “To say I was disappointed to pay top price for 3 nights accomodation only to have my family and I kept awake all Saturday and part Sunday night by a DJ who I’m assuming was associated with the hotel in a venue below. We were on level 9 and the music was ridiculously loud, I don’t recommend families stay or do proper research before booking on a weekend.
