“I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I found multiple long black hairs in the bed linens as well as in the bathroom. Finding someone else’s hair in areas that should have been thoroughly cleaned was both unhygienic and disgusting. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, but unfortunately nothing meaningful was done to address the situation during the remainder of my stay.
