“AC couldn't keep room cool. It was so humid they brought a dehumidifier in our room. They key cards would deactivate and we had to go get them re activated 4 times. The card readers on the outside doors and the door to the pool didnt work because the batteries were dead. We couldn't get into the pool because the staff didnt have a regular key to the door. Once someone broke into the pool door, they used towels to keep the door from shutting”

“It was our last night of traveling for 17 days, and the bed was great , very comfortable. We still had a 10 hour drive home in the morning so unfortunately we didn't have time for breakfast this time .”

“The room was clean, fairly comfortable bed. Fine for exhausted travelers needing a few hours of rest. Pool was not in working order. Did not have breakfast at the hotel- looked like some cereal and breakfast muffins would have been available.”

“It was fine, the room is basic but comfortable, they offer a small complimentary breakfast and you can help yourself to coffee throughout the day. The WiFi was a bit frustrating… they have like 6 networks and it kicks you off a couple of times a day and you have to log back in, annoying when you are staying for a week.”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed had 4 pillows, they were small and flat. Together, 2 pillows made 1 standard pillow. The refrigerator worked well and had a separate freezer. The TV offered Google Cast which I was never able to use. I went through the entire set up process several times but still no results. I have a Fire TV stick that I normally use but the TV did not have an Input function to switch inputs and if I used the USB port used by the cable TV, it still wanted...

“Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.”

“The Baymont Inn/Eastridge was the best hotel we have stayed in. The room was clean, and well maintained. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths.The bed was very comfortable and we had 5-6 pillows on each side of the bed. It was so quiet,and no noise. Construction crews were staying there as well and they were very quiet. The staff on the front desk was people oriented and very pleasant from check in to check out. We will book again.”
