“The only issue I had was our room not being ready at 4 after driving hours to get there . ”

“Staff was wonderful, especially Shay! Informative, friendly, and made us feel like family. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, only suggestion is to update the spring mattress. Breakfast was good but repetitive, maybe change up the choices. Horseback riding on site was amazing and our guide Grace was fantastic! Only complaint was Thanksgiving dinner, it was overpriced and food was terrible and cold. Overall we will definitely be back!”

He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. Our room was well maintained and clean. Thank you.”

“No face to face with anyone as you get your room and door code via email which turned out to be very nice. I didn't know what you do if you have an issue but we didn't. Very nice, very modern room. Absolutely did not expect how nice it would be. It says the breakfast is grab and go which, to me, means a banana and muffin in a bag but it was much more of a Continental bfast with tables, etc. ”

“This was the perfect accommodation for our anniversary weekend! The property was spotless and offered stunning views — we even saw a deer right below our deck. The shower and bed were better than any hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and the self check-in process made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“Very nice staff! There was a glitch in the phone number when we tried to assist a guest checking in late. A person was there but the phone cinnection didn't work. She gave us an alternate number. Everything worked out just fine in the end.”
