Hotel vicino a Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club - Helen

“The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

“Sono stato in quest'hotel per lavoro e devo dire di essermi trovato molto bene. Personale cordiale e gentile, ambienti spaziosi e puliti e colazione abbondante. Sicuramente tornerò.”

“Todo bien”

“The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property.”

“Good location. Great value. Decent breakfast. Clean. Fresh towels on second day.”

“The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery.”

“Close to every place we want to go”

“Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo?...

“The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was dirty, sheets were not clean, blanket was stained and dirty, bathroom was molded.”

“Excellent value. Great spot, fantastic host. If you are staying near Helen and amicalola it’s a great spot.”

“The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean and quiet.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars! The location was great for visiting Helen and exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The property offered a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the peaceful setting. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Helen, Georgia. I would happily stay...

“We loved the location of the resort. It is important that we find places that are pet friendly and have places that allow getting out with your pet. We were very pleased with Dahlonega for this. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small with limited counter space but that is to be expected with old style rooms. We were there during the week and unfortunately unable to sample meals. A special thank you to Candace who happened by to open the gift shop so we could purchase wine...
