“Arrived late, had our room info out for us, super easy. Beautiful place, beautiful room. Close to Helen. Only staff we interacted with was the housekeeper Deanne and she was so sweet. Just a joy to talk to. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.”

“The house was nice, kind of hard to find once you got off the main road. The power went out during a wind storm so it was 50 degrees and completely dark in the cabin when I got up early morning. One of the screen doors on the porch didn't have a lock on it so it kept slamming open and closed in the wind. Other than that it was a nice and quiet property.”

“The rooms were clean, it’s a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake and Blue Ridge Mountains.”

“For the price, it was a good option for one night. Everything was clean, and while it’s not the nicest hotel, it offers good value for the money. The location is great and within walking distance of many places. We were satisfied with our stay.”

“너무 좋있어요.다만 아쉬웠던 점은 거미가 몇 마리 나왔었어요. 화장실에는 샴푸가 채워있지 않았어요. 식기는 대부분 깨끗했지만 칼은 설거지되어있지 않았어요. 이런 사소한 청결부분만 제외하고는 너무 좋있어요! 침구도 깔끔했고 바베큐 하는 공간도 장작이랑 다 제공이 되어서 정말 우리가 먹을 음식만 가져가면 된다는게 큰 이점이였어요. 캠핑 느낌은 내면서 대부분의 것들이 갖추어져 있어서 너무 좋았습니다!!!! 그리고 데이터가 안터져요. 그래서 오히려 좋았어요 :) 다음에 또 올거같아요. ”

“Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority. The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!? The rugs and...

“If you stay at this Quality Inn you can’t be a light sleeper, there was noise day and night. We had the room right next to the office where they serve breakfast. They did not come to clean our room or bring in fresh towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool!!”

“The balcony room was awesome. Beautiful view and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. I will stay there again.”

“I had stayed here before and knew it was a bare bones place to stay. This time our room smelled of cigarette smell. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was okay but there were stains on the carpet.”
