“We liked everything about the property! The location was great and being on the river was excellent to take a dip in the river whenever we wanted. Our room overlooked the river which was our morning and afternoon relaxing time. Ryan was very helpful in surrounding suggestions like restaurants and must sees. He was very friendly and welcoming which made us comfortable. Just two Florida girls enjoying there getaway! Thankyou! We will definitely be back! ”

“Hotel was going through a needed remodel. Nothing was inconvenient , but some area's were in a understandable and necessary mess. No problems , just need patience and understanding for good results. We had a really good view from our room of the river. ”

“Excellent location, safe and quiet. Dog friendly with a dog park right next to the river. On the pricey side for bringing your dog as they charge per day and not a one time charge. Everything in Helen is easy walking distance for shopping and dinning. ”

“The rental was spacious, very clean and updated. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cool nights. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere or to sit on the comfortable chairs and look at the mountain view. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed anything.”
