Rooms were very cute, felt like a cabin. Unfortunately service was terrible. Our heater rattled bad the first night was hard to sleep. When we returned from being out for the day the heater had rattled the front and top off. When I called the emergency line, the man told me it was fine and to just leave it. I explained that we could not sleep with the noise it was making. He then got angry and said he’d be down to the room. When he showed up he was not pleasant at all. He just threw the front back on and left the grate off. He told me someone else had already broke it and showed me where the screws were missing. I told him if he got some tape I’d help him fix it for the night. He said he couldn’t get tape, the maintenance closet was locked and he did not have the key. We were not able to use the heater all night and it was 36 degrees out. He was not doing anything else for us. He left, it was not full, we were not offered another room and he was the owner of the establishment we were told. We were given a room that knowingly had a broken heater. Not a pleasant experience.
