“I stayed here just one night but I understood why this hotel has so many good reviews. Check-in experience was quick and helpful. I did not know about the "Kick back" complimentary dinner snacks in the evening, and I found it a convenient and unique amenity. Room was very clean. “They overall stay was great the staff was very helpful and the place was clean. My only complaint would be travel to the parking deck it’s kind of aggravating. I stayed in room 521 and the shower head was a bit messed up but still worked just happens to leak a bit at the top. Loved staying at the double tree overall and had an amazing time on my Houston visit. Hope to come back and would definitely recommend to others and book again if needed.”
