“Over the past twenty years while traveling to Houston, I’ve never been able to find a favorite hotel. That is, until now. This is by far, our favorite place to stay while in Houston.”

“They overall stay was great the staff was very helpful and the place was clean. My only complaint would be travel to the parking deck it’s kind of aggravating. I stayed in room 521 and the shower head was a bit messed up but still worked just happens to leak a bit at the top. Loved staying at the double tree overall and had an amazing time on my Houston visit. Hope to come back and would definitely recommend to others and book again if needed.”

“Property was booked and then cancelled within 4 hours of check in. Management company refused to take responsibility and blamed the 3rd party (Livly) they use. I was left in a very stressful and unfortunate situation due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, the woman I spoke to at the property management company stated she would call me back with other options, but never called. “NICE HOTEL IN THE NICE ARE, CLOSE TO THE PARKS AND THE TRAIN TO MOVE ARROUND. ALL MUSEUM ARE REALLY CLOSE.”

“The room was very clean somewhat there was hai inside the bathtub so I wasn’t able to use it. Air conditioner didn’t get cold it took 1 hour before we feel the coldness. It was hard to find the parking we found the easiest parking valet when we were about to leave. But overall it was very neat and close to everything. I will stay longer so I can actually enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have a chance to check out the bar and the breakfast.”
