“Entire property needs maintenance. Peeling paint, water stains on ceiling and rust in bathtub. No hot water in bathroom sink. Amenities like shower gel and shampoo are Dollar Store brand. No light on exterior stairs, and i had difficulty reaching anyone to check in.”

“Valet parking is very convenient very efficient expensive but worth it, location is excellent for access to Galleria Mall”

“Does not have 24/7 room service. When you are starving because flights were cancelled and you couldn't get anything to eat all day, that is quite the inconvenience. A lot of the facilities are kept extremely cold, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next to you. Would I stay here again? Not unless I have to.”
