Hotel sulla neve a Sapporo

“Rooms were small. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the evening piano music. breakfast if not included was relatively expensive.”

“The rooms are very outdated especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms had pink tiles and smelled like mold. It is not what we expected, the strong was so strong we had to keep the door closed. We requested to change room the next day, staff wasn’t too helpful. It looks much better in pictures, not what we expected.”

“La camera seppur molto bella era sopra stazione ferroviaria e le finestre non erano isolanti. Quindi per l’intera serata e notte sentivo continuamente il passaggio dei treni e le loro vibrazioni. Continuo a ribadire che le prenotazioni effettuate in Hokkaido dalla scrivente tramite Expedia sono state quasi tutte associate a camere rumorose e/o con problematiche di pulizia e composizione. Farò una segnalazione direttamente ad Expedia per reclamare l’accaduto.”

“The onsen is great, with jacuzzi and sauna facilities, but the outdoor pool is quite small. Next to the onsen is a spa lounge, a good place to relax after hot bath, and there is free flow of soft drinks. During happy hours, from 2-8 pm, there is free beer too. Best part about the hotel is that it is next to ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel where the airport bus has its first pick up point, so a very convenient location. “到着がフライトの遅れで大幅に遅れたにも関わらず、笑顔で待ってますから大丈夫ですよ、とおっしゃってくださり、本当に嬉しかったです。どの方もあたたかく接してくださり、癒されました。またゆっくり滞在させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。”

“まずスタッフさんに頼る事は無かったのですがチェックイン、チェックアウトは丁寧で良かったです。 浴衣も部屋に置いてある以外にフロントの近くに置いてあり自分に合ったサイズが選べたので良かったのです。 食事は普通でした。 あと宿泊した時はまだ冷房対応してない期間だったみたいで、チェックインの時ご自分で調整して下さいと言われたけれど、どうにも出来ずちょっと暑くてしんどかったです。 部屋は清潔でした。”
