“Our room smelled like it had been smoked in and deodorized over it. Luckily iur window could open, and we propped the door open for a few hiurs to air it out. The room was large and comfortable. It's too bad people can't follow rules and not smoke...it's so gross. ”

“We only stayed one night but we were so impressed. The property is stunning. The restaurants and bars were great giving me London vibes. All of the staff we dealt with from reception to restaurant were fantastic. The room itself was stylish and super clean. We will definately be back next time we visit Southampton.”

“Lovely hotel and room was lovely and clean and comfortable, yet the hotel itself could do with a good dust as the picture frames on the stairs etc looked quite dusty. 70% of the staff were very friendly and helpful however 30% were a bit robotic, however the service itself was very good. ”

“This is our 5th stay pre cruise at the Doubletree Hilton, all very clean and service very good. Easy check in. Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. Do think car parking should be free though for guests staying at the hotel overnight.”

“Hotel mediocre e costoso per la zona e per i servizi. Noi avendo prenotato all'ultimo momento lo abbiamo scelto perchè unico disponibile, eravamo in 3 persone. Hotel situato all'interno del campo da Golf quindi in mezzo al verde. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Hotel da rivedere e anche da ristrutturare. Il Ristorante Broadstreet Restaurant (non gestito dall'hotel, si paga a parte direttamente) ottimo.L'altro Zest indecoroso, fish & Cips una puzza di fritto indecente e un caos indescrivibile....

“Fab location on the outskirts of Winchester. Individual seating area outside ground floor room. Carpets into accommodation area were mismatched and decor a little dated. “All good. Swimming pool and associated facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna, steam room too small if lots of guests are using the pool as was the case on Saturday afternoon.
