Hotel a St. Albans

“Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!”

“A literal 2 minute walk from the St. Albans train station which is nice and convenient. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was your average run of the mill hotel breakfast, but better than nothing. Also they have complimentary coffee 24/7 which is fantastic. 10/10 would stay here again”

“Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. ”

“The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast.”

“Great for an allergic person as there are hard surface floors in the rooms, which are somewhat spartan but well designed with lots of outlets, good lighting including a nightlight in the bathroom. Electronic keys for the rooms worked fine. My only concern would be for personal security if I were alone as the doors to the lobby open automatically for anyone and you can gain access to the elevator without passing through the main lobby. I would stay there again. The main road is noisy but the...
