Hotel a Alburg

“Terrible smell. The mattress and pillows were super soft you would sink in the bed. The bedroom didn’t even have a small table to sit down have a coffee”

“Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty...

“The check-in was in a different building. Odd but it worked. On 2nd floor with no elevator. Room was good size. Decent bathroom, small fridge. Beds and pillows were good. Saw indoor pool but did not use. Bfast was good with waffles and a couple hot items. Great location off Highway. Would stay again.”

“We drove 2 days to get to The Best western in Plattsburgh, NY. We got to the hotel at 2 pm.and asked to check in. The clerk told us check in time was 4 pm. We told him that we had traveled from Georgia. He told us that if we wanted to check in early there would be a $25.00 fee. We have arrived at other hotels before scheduled check in times and have been accommodated. By telling us that we could check in early for a fee let us know that there were rooms ready and by arriving early the customer...

“Bed with broken springs No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again”

“All was great!! Clean room great cinnamon rolls and coffee! I am a lawn person, nothing to do with anything else but could have used a lawn mowing!”
