“It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.”

“We loved our stay at the apartment. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids under 5. It was a good size for a Parisian apartment, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, so easy for us to all have space the sleep and get ready. We didn’t use the kitchen much because the location was ideal for walking to restaurants in the area and it was only a two block walk to Saint Lazare train station, the opera house and Galeries Lafayette. Very clean and beautiful layout. Would stay here again.”

“We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

“Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.”

“Apartment is centrally located near Place Vendome. Luis was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to our arrival. The apartment building is old and requires actual keys to get in so needed to meet with Luis in person to check in. Its antique decorations add to the Parisian charm. The all-in-one washer/dryer and small kitchen were nice additions. The one bedroom with a pullout couch fit our family of 3 perfectly.”

“Sono stata 5 giorni a Parigi con le mie due figlie splendida Città, in questo alloggio davvero molto funzionale, struttura piccola ma per il tempo in cui si sta in casa davvero più che bene, posizionata in una zona molto bella Montmartre quartiere dinamico giovane e pieno di ogni servizi, brasserie boulangerie ad ogni angolo, supermercati comodissimi, posizione davvero ottima vicina alla MM fermata Cadet solo 5 min a piedi, il Sacro Cuore a 15 min a piedi Pigalle a 20 min a piedi, per poi essere...

“Space is nice and clean but the walls are thin and the neighbors are very loud, especially in one of the back rooms where a woman seems to yell to herself for hours starting after 1am. But the location is ideal, including great restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transportation. We did enjoy Paris and the rental surrounding. Regarding the noises we couldn’t control after midnights daily, some of us moved to sleep in the living room.”

“Die Lage des Appartements ist ziemlich unschlagbar. Was wichtig wäre: ein Hinweis auf die wirklich steile und enge Treppe nach unten ins Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war umständlich und nervig, alles wurde mehrmals auf verschiedenen Wegen kommuniziert und sollte mehrfach zeitnah bestätigt werden. Aber wie gesagt: Lage, Lage, Lage. ”

“Near montmartre and near a lot of subway lines. perfect for a couple, well equipped. The only drawback is the humidity (we had to open the door and windows on the morning to let out the shower steam) and the lack of adequate air aspiration in the bathroom.”
