I would not recommend this place. I chose it because the reviews looked good. Don’t believe the good reviews.”

“A complete GEM! We stayed in a cabin and it was cute and private and everything we needed. The kitchenette was just a stove top and mini fridge but perfect for a quick lunch pack before we went out on the trails. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick wonderful hikes and day trips. We ate dinner one night and it was better than a 5 star restaurant in town. “Marriott bought this a few months ago, but it has not been renovated yet. The photos were somewhat deceiving. Our stay was fine, but we expecting much more. Breakfast was good, but limited in offerings due to small breakfast area. We stayed four nights and if we wanted housekeeping, we had to ask for it. The view however was quite nice, as all rooms face the Umpqua River.”

“Booked hotel to use the hot tub after a day of mountain climbing. Informed at check in that hot tub wasn’t working so I could not stay., booked another motel with a functional hottub instead. Notified hotel staff and expedia right way. However neither is able to help issue a refund.”
