When I spoke to the concierge, she said they fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it. There was a large, visible gap in the bathroom door, affording compromised privacy. The poor shower design meant that water saturated the entire bathroom when the shower was used. The room’s fridge leaked onto the carpet which was...

“An overnight stay, centrally located. We were 2 adults and 5 year old. The hotel gave us an extra bed for my son to sleep on. Bed was good. Minimal toiletries provided. It was alright for the price which did not include parking or breakfast.”

“The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff...
