“4 weeks stay in a long term suite -no elevator the entire time and I was on the 3rd floor -key cards would stop working every 3 to 4 days and I wouldn't find out until I got to my room, on the 3rd floor -no bowls, 1 fork 1 knife and 1 steak knife, no spoons -cleaners came twice during my stay until I called and reminded them I needed m y room cleaned -WiFi was spotty, worked about 60% of the time, the rest was completely unusable -free laundry, machines work great -water pressure in the showers...

“So first of all it looks way different then the pictures but I guess thats what happens when u trust pictures off the internet..I will say that the girl that worked at night was really nice but other then that I wouldnt recommend. The room was dirty there was something all over the wall n the blankets were dirty, the shower was nasty, It smelt awful, the air conditioner barely worked n there was always ppl hanging around, sitting outside n laying on the couch thats inside right when u walk in. “Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. Rooms were nice just don’t feel like it deserves the 4.9 stars it says has”
