“Was unsure after pulling up, seeing better/bigger hotels nearby, but I was thoroughly impressed at how nice the inside was, down to great, clean smelling sheets and towels. Very impressed.”

I tried to get assistance from someone with the last name Nazario, and he actually told me I made him uncomfortable simply for standing near the check‑in desk. When I first arrived, he was FaceTiming someone, and another front desk person had to help me, while actively vaping as I walked up. “We were very disappointed in our stay. The rooms are suppose to be cleaned every other day. Ours was never cleaned. Every time we went to front desk for assistance no one was ever there to help. The elevator is very flaky and doesn’t work right. We were on the 4th floor and the button to call the elevator was broken and staff said to just call them and they would get the elevator to return to 4th floor. Every time we called no one answered. The breakfast tasted like it had been out for hours. ...
