“Room was missing basic amenities and front office did not have them either- bath soap, hand soap! Toilet was clogged and had to call twice to get it repaired. Carpets were stained! Old and smelly room, noisy room air conditioning. ”

“The Staff and Hotel were the absolute best. We were happy to stay 2 nights there with their awesome breakfast. We also enjoyed the hotel room and the view we got was cool. We will go back and we hope to get the same room and service again. Thank you so much. Perez Fam.”

“The room was nice but the main issue was the shower. At first I didn’t have much pressure to shower but I was happy when they did fix that issue. The. Unfortunately the hotter I put the shower the less pressure I had. So a decently hot show had very very little pressure. Also I had to literally reactivate my room key every time I came back from work cause it would never work. It got to the point where it was the first thing I did when I walked through the lobby.
